High 5

What do any of you think of the protein made by MaxMuscle called "High 5" It has a blend of 5 diff proteins that are time released within 4 hours, while the last two last forever. It also has L-Glutamine as well. I always add in creatine when I make this shake. U get 24gm of protein a scoop, and the scoops are fairly small, I always double it an take around 4 a day. What are your opinions, its also fairly cheap, 30 bucks.
