    my bros diet

    185 lbs 8% i need to get leaner 6'0 my diet now

    meal 1 muscle milk 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 2 scoops of penut butter

    meal 2: 8oz chicken 1 cup of broclli

    meal 3 same as meal 2

    meal 4: canm of tuna and 1 cup of broclli

    meal 5 same as meal 4

    meal 6: muscle milk shake and 1 scoop penut biutter and 1/3 of oatmeal.

    Who's diet is that? What about egg whites in the morning instead of the muscle milk?

      Why so much broccoli? Switch up your food groups to get more of a variety of vitamines and minerals.

        i'm assuming a "bulking diet"...? that's a lot of peanut butter, but that's my weakness too :)

            i'm confused, is it your "bros" diet that you want to follow to get leaner yourself? i guess that is what i'm asking.... cause the posted diet is NOT a good "cutting" diet.

              Yeah dude, the only thing that I would suggest that you should think about adding is:

              Egg whites instead of muscle milk

              Have some Rice and F the Peanut Butter

              And throw in a little olive oil or butter while your at it, your body needs a little fat.

              Please remember not to hangout too long in those single digit body fat %.

              You don’t want to start wasting away your joints.

              Timing right now is everything!
