I just thought that it might be beneficial to our members. Maybe it could include stuff like high glycemic vs. low glycemic carbs, top protein sources, essential fatty acids and examples of each type of food for bulking and cutting diets. Dietary timing could be discussed, eg. morning meals, prior to workout meals, post workout meals. I think a description of carb cycling and some examples would be a great addition. I am not well versed enough to write this one up so maybe some people could contribute these helpful tidbits of info. We could all use it as a reference guide from time to time. Any thoughts?

You like that idea, Cory? Kewl. We should probably discuss what are simple and complex carbs with examples of each and good sources of protein as it pertains to us bodybuilding types on this board :woot:
Maybe the timing of our carbs and protein in meals throughout our day would be helpful too, eg. carbs before bed = bad. LOL. I think for those who want to lose bodyfat would be interested in carb cycling too. Whaddaya think? :D

We thoguht about this at anabolicminds when I modded there and its just too difficult. Not only is it a whole lot of work, but opinions differ GREATLY and you'll find that out onice you put this together. Not to mention ideas/regimens change with new information that comes out seemingly by the week. It is a great idea in theory, but to apply it would be a bit counter productive, in my opinion of course.
