  • how often to inject lion b-12 and what else to use.

I need to start loosing bodyfat, I keep getting bigger every year but I have never been able to loose my gut completely. I plan on using b-12 (lion) not sure how often along with green tea 2 times per day and stackers 2 weeks on two weeks off. I'm gonna try and loose as much as naturally as possible. My workouts are gonna be limited to about 3 1 hour session a week and cardio 25 min 4 times a week. I'm not gonna go on any specific diet. I will cut bread out except for wraps and also cut out fast foods and pizza/pasta. I will eat sweet potatoes and brown rice. Instead of having a "cheat" day where I eat anything I'm gonna subside that to go boozing on sat. nights.!! I am also lowering my calorie intake 500 a day.

Once I loose ten pounds of body fat I'm gonna start using hgh, test and var along with t-3 and clen. I WANNA BE RIPPED SO BAD.

    Any other ideas???

YOU'RE IN THE FEMALE FORUM. I'LL MOVE IT.

        But here's my .02:

You need to do a hell of a lot more weight training than 3 times a week. Why are you going to limit yourself to 3? You need to be at 5-6. The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn. In addition, 90% of your gut is diet. Diet and cardio are the only ways you will lose it. Doing test, var, clen, T3, etc., are NOT MAGIC PILLS. IHow many times do we have to say this?

I work 9-9 and drive a hour each way ...I wed off so I can actually do a split...I get home at 8 on sat and 7 on sundays....every other day of the week I get home too late and have to wake up too early. I plan on doing some home exercise EOD as well...push-ups sit-ups shit like that

                do you stutter ?

do you get a lunchbreak ? thats time for some resistance training, or cardio. get up earlier etc.

to answer your origonal question, i use b-12 to cut some t400 one time, besides that i dont use it because it tends to make me hungry.

the bottom line here is your diet and you need MORE CARDIO .... this cant be stressed enough...
on top of that.. just start to eat a more clean diet... less red meat.. no pasta.. or load on pasta in the morning.. it takes discipline man.. its hard at first but once you start losing it itll be motivation to keep losing it... B-12 doesnt burn fat.. it makes you more hungry.
As posted above..no cycle will help that either.. you just need to get your body in gear..

p.s. binge drinking is worse for you then drinking everyday... on top of that drikning alcohol slows your metabolism for about 2-3 days by approx 30% so kiss that 25 mins of cardio for 3 days away...

working out 3x a week is just fine. However each one of those workout sessions needs to be very intense for you to get good results. Getting rid of the gut is pretty much all diet with some cardio. Cutting carbs at night alone will give you results along with some low-intensity cardio (30 minute incline walk or light jog) about 3 times a week should give you the results your looking for. B12 is good when your on a lowered-carb diet because it energizes you somewhat.

beware that B12 will probably increase your appetite...

if youre serious about dropping bf, you need to get serious and up the cardio sessions both in time and frequency. 25 minutes isnt going to work to well, 45 minutes is much better.
the weight training 3 times a week is good, especially when cutting calories.

20-25min. high intensity sessions work best for me.

but you're right, if he's doing low intensity he needs to go much longer...40-60min.
