  • General Tso's chicken, BOUNCER style. No fat.

I usually eat this about an hour after my post workout shake. Im running Insulin at 15iu post workout so I cant really take in much fat for about 8 hours after the shot. Here is how to make it, very easy and very good.

    First the ingredients:

1.Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins. (I buy them from Costco but you can get them anywere.)

    2. Snap Peas. (Also bought at costco, I buy them frozen.)

    3. Iron Chef General Tso's Sauce. ( I haven't seen this in any other place then Costco but im not sure. Here is the site incase you cant find it www.ironchefproducts.com .)

    1. All I do is cut up the Tenders ( I use about 8 tenders) into bite size bits and let them cook in a regular skillet.

    2. After the chicken is all cooked I add about a cup of peas and let them cook for about 10 minutes.

    3. I pour about 4 Tbsp of Gen Tso's on top of the chicken and peas and mix it together.

Thats it! Takes about 10 minutes to make.

The carbs are in the sauce and a little in the peas. not really worried about the carbs. if i feel hypo from the slin i will have some juice along with the meal. I dont cook the chicken in anything. I just let it cook in its own juices. Once I add the peas that adds more moisture.

Glad you liked it bro but with the olive oil and sweet sauce that kinda defeats the purpose. :p

im talking about the Tso's sauce and olive oil. Sugar in the sauce and fat in the olive oil. Not the best mix for a diet food. Thats what I ment.
