I have spent the last few years cycling between a major calorie deficit and using a.s. to maintain my muscle and then upping my calories and clean bulking to gain some more muscle to help me raise my metabolism to further help me lose more fat. my end goal is 240-270 depending on what i look like at 240 and 12-15 percent bf for a nice comfortable easy to manage look .
