I have some fat around my nipple, i have a pretty clean diet and workout regulary. What is the best way to get rid of it?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

if its not gyno , caused by puberty or a.s usage you will have to diet vert strict to get rid of it, it is one of the areas known as diet resistant fat pockets.
