  • Naturegg simply egg whites

READ THE LAST LINE IF THIS IS TOO LONG FOR YOU.....

It is liquid egg whites in a carton. On the box it says, great for protein drinks and omlettes. It also has a picture of a milkshake on the carton.

They are pasteurized, and homogonized, and on the website it says it is great to add it to your favouriate drinks, milkshakes, or yogurt smoothies. Here is the website that says it all.. http://www.burnbraefarms.com/home.htm (You gotta click on the egg white carton in the picture on the right.)

Can you really drink it without cooking it, without getting salmonella poisioning?

Yeah you can. Just don't let it sit... take it straight outta the fridge and drink it. The more exposure time in the air, the more of a threat.

It's fine as long as it's pasteurized. I drink eggbeaters all the time.

I just phoned the dietitions at the hospital. I heard them all talking about it in the backround about it, and she told me that it is still not safe. They chould be cooked.

That really sucks! I hate egg protein powder. They alway add a type of sugar and other garbage to it......

            Nothing is easy in life......

Yet another eggwhite thread, its pasteurised which means its been gently heated to remove salmonela etc but not enough to damage the aminos we need. It also destroys the enzyme that would otherwise supposedly prevent proper digestion. Try it ronnie used it all the time

Wait, I thought you needed to cook eggs to gain the full protein potential?
