I'm sure this is nothing new, but I have never, until now, put things in my shakes other than some peanut butter.
However, last night I mixed in a banana with my ispure vanilla whey and some 2% milk...damn it was good. I froze the rest of the bananas and did it again this morning which was even better. I am going to plan on freezing a bunch of different types of fruit and throwing them into the blender with the shakes that i take with milk.
