    What are good foods for cutting?

    The same ones everyday.

    Not being funny either, cutting requires strict adherance to calorie count, and it is just easier to stick with same thing.

    Carbs: rice, yams, veggies, fiber

    Protein: egg whites, red meat, chicken, turkey, tuna, some fish

    Fats: minimum, plus some good fats

    Yup, that about does it.

      Also add oats to the list of carbs and olive oils, natty pb, nuts and efas in moderation

        How come everyone says rice is good to use when cutting? It's glycemic index and glycemic load is quite high. Although brown rice is better, I feel it's still to high to eat except on my carb-up days.
