9am: 1 cup of TOTAL PROTEIN cereal w/yogurt and PRO-RATED SHAKE.

    11am: 1 can of tuna w/water

2pm: 1 chicken breast w/cup of rice and water or green tea

    5:30: 1 can of tuna w/water

    7:30: 1 chicken breast alone w/water

    9:30: 1 can of tuna w/water

    11:30: 1 can of tuna

berore going to bed 3/4 cup of TOTAL PROTEIN cereal w/ SHAKE (PRO RATED).

Ive been eating like this for a week and fee like shit. I wanna lose as much on my stomach area. Cardio is there 20-30 minutes on treadmill . Could this help in the shedding of bf?:drunk:

Dude, that's a shitload of tuna....I'd be concerned about the mercury content.

You're not getting enough good fats, add some nuts, healthy oils, or natty pb.

You definitely need to add more good fats such as flax oil, nuts, seeds, nut butters, olive oil, etc. You need more fibrous carbs from vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, etc. You really should be eating more balanced meals brotha. You need the good fats for cardiovascular health and for your body to naturally manufacture testosterone and vegetable based carbs for energy and for their anti-oxidant properties. You definitely have the protein down man, but just eating one food group and virtually eliminating the other two is not going to get you to your goals....its all about balance.

hey Cory, what can i add to the tuna to make it more complete. As in carbs. Im going to go and buy some flax oil this week once i get paid. Is eating a cup of rice any good for carbs. Im definately taking vitamins. I really dont eat that much vegies but oninos, patatos, corn, lettece, thats about it. I really dont like vegies, what can i substitude with that bro. Or can u add some stuff to my diet for me bro, what u think is good.

I would switch from white rice to brown for cutting because brown rice is a much slower burning carb than white rice. Unfortunitely the types of veggies you listed are either high glycemic or donot really have any nutritional value. These aren't the best choices for losing body fat. May I suggest switching from regular lettuce to fresh spinach to use with your salads. A much better choice. If you don't care for veggies like broccoli or cauliflower, most people like squash, green beans, snap beans, cabbage....these are all great choices. Try enhancing them by throwing cut up chicken and fresh frozen mixed veggies in a skillet with some non-stick spray and stir fry them down with a little low sodium soy sauce....yum yum!! I also like to scramble 5 eggs down with some fresh spinach and then top it with some tomato salsa. You can really get creative without making the calories go up much at all. It can get real boring eating like that for a long time.

Get a bottle of fish oil tablets too. Those help with the good fats and also help burn somehow.

                    get some all natty PB.

I think you could use more carbs too, some plain oatmeal w/ splenda and cinn.

                    100% whole wheat bread.

                    yams.

                    etc...

Im sorry if my english is poor and if u dont understand then say and I will try again.
You need to eat more different fish than just tuna because of its (I dont know exact word) "heavy metals" which are in tuna because of its high place in the food chain. And by switching more you can eat tons of other fish which has more good fat olie. Do like me get a deal with your local fisher and say you want to buy all the shit he cant sell for really low prize.. u will be amazed :D :agree:
