I've searched and found some recipes for "bulking" protein bars, but have not found any for "cutting". Do any of you have such a recipe? If so please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I try to stay away from protein powder (except post workout) and bars while cutting. My body seems to cut better on real food - chicken, eggs, tuna. Whenever I get caught in a pinch without food, I'll resort to mixing a protein shake. I bought some Keto bars for emergency use only, but have yet to eat one. The oatmeal raisin have only 1 g of sugar / bar.
