What type of cooking oil do you guys use for cooking your food with?? chicken and so forth.

You should probably use oils that have a very high smokepoint (the point at which oils turn into carcinagens). I use either avocado or grapeseed oil. Expensive but worth it for preventing certain cancers from developing linked to excess consumption of fried foods. If you do happen to cook with an oil that happens to smoke, have some type of veggie like broccolli that has tons of antioxidants to offset the free radical damage that may be caused by the carcinagens in the fried food.

j/k Bounce, I had read somewhere that the process of condensing an oil into a spray can can possibly be linked to neuro-degenerative diseases, but I still use them every now and then to get around the fat in regular cooking oil when dieting to get lean.
