    Who here drinks CytoSports' CytoGainer? It's probably the best tasting post workout drink that I've ever had. It's fairly cheap as well. I used to be a big fan of the Myoplex Mass post work formula, but the sugar content and the cost just got to be too much. All of the flavors (there are a ton - Mint Chocolate Chip is my fav.) have a similar nutritional content:

    Calories: 620
    Fat: 5 grams
    Carbs: 80 grams
    Dietary Fiber: 4 grams
    Sugar: 5 grams
    Protein: 56 grams

    I do understand that this stuff is a weight gainer/post workout formula, but taking three servings a day sounds somewhat ridiculous (that's what the food label recommends). Of course there's a marketing boobytrap taking place on the label, but who would have room for whole foods if three servings of this stuff are taken a day? I use this stuff for post work out recovery only, and maybe if I have a sweet tooth that needs to be addressed. I do realize that it depends on the goal for the individual, though.

    Who here drinks CytoGainer and how do you like it? What time of the day were/are you taking it?

    i actually use CytoGainer between cycles. right now, i'm using all the crap that i posted a picture of in the supplement stash thread. i like most everything CytoSport puts out taste wise. good stuff. during my cycles, i can do 3 shakes a day easily along with regular meals. 1st one as soon as i wake up, then post workout, then before bed.
