  • Rate my diet?

    Meal 01: 9am
    Designer Whey protein shake
    Special K cereal bar

    Meal 02: 12pm
    small can Tuna
    1/2 low carb bagel
    small carrot

    Meal 03: 3pm
    small can Tuna
    1/2 low carb bagel
    small carrot

    Meal 04: 6pm
    (postworkout)
    whole chicken breast
    1/2 cup brown rice
    Designer Whey protein shake

    -I drink only water, +- 6 bottles a day
    -Multivitamin meal 01 and 04
    -Twinlab Ripped Fuel Xtreme at 9am-1pm-5pm

    My main goal at this point is to maintain muscle mass while dropping body fat.

    Thanks for any input.

    i am not a guru in this field, but you go from 6pm to 9am with no food whatsoever?

    you need something there.

      yeah and that seems like a really small amount of calories, unless you weigh like 100 lbs you are gonna lose muscle mass with that.

        My totals on everything are:

        cals- 1050
        pro- 140g
        carb- 90g

        I'm busting my hump to drop BF and maintain lean muscle. I know it's damn near impossible to lose fat and gain at the same time, even with great gear. So I'm thinking this will give me just enough to maintain muscle. I don't plan on this diet for more than maybe 20 days, if for no other reason than I hate fucking cardio work.

        I'm 5'10", 230 lbs and pretty much starving and a bastard to live with eating like this. But the fun bulking phase has to end sometime.........dammit to hell.

            If I gotta wake up to eat tunafish, I'm gonna fuckin kill somebody. Steak and eggs no problem, but tuna. Goddammit
