I just recieved my order yesterday. But I never ordered any scoopers with it.

Anyone know the serving size? Lastnight I took 2 tblspns, this morning I did one.


And for all those that use their protein, what do you use to mix your shakes with? I order without flavor....

the serving size is 70cc scoop, which is very close to 1/3 of a cup. most homes have measuring cups, this will be more than accurate to measure out your protein.

Is there any sort of taste with regular flavored whey? I'm currently using GNC's 100% Whey, chocolate flavored, but want to try something else.
