What does your cutting diet consist of throughout the day. I used to be totally skinny and never thought I would have to see the day where I need to cut, but here it is. All I know are bulking LMB diets, so I wouldn't mind some help with cutting diets. Thanks

big whey shake b-fast
3-meals of chicken thighs throughout day
steak or chicken thighs for dinner
bedtime big whey shake
shoot for 50-grams of protein per meal = 300 = 1,200 calories
fats about 500-800, due to chicken thighs and cooking in garlic olive oil
some greens whenever
and then every 4-5 days do a carb load
