Muscle Milk doesnt have a truly ideal macronutrient ratio thought, it tastes good for a reason.....

I kind of like Sly's new InStone performance meal replacements, kind of thicks, but then again, it is a MRP.

Muscle Milk does not need to have the complete macronutrient ratio for me to use it as a meal replacement. It's all about timing when you down one of those. I usually add a little bit of oatmeal to it as well.

If you are talking about the real mrp.. I use to enjoy the EAS Vanilla Shake MRP.. Myoplex... but then they changed the formula and it hasn't tasted the same since.

I like muscle milk because after I finish a shake I usually feel satiated.

Only problem with muscle milk is that it's a bit too high in fat.

I stick with either regular myoplex or PerfectRx. Chocolate for both and mixed with 10 oz cold coffee, 6 or 7 egg whites, some aspartame and ice cubes. The 20lb bucket of Perfect Rx is near if not the best bang for the buck. $100 for 120 servings. 37 protein, 25 carbs and 2 fat by itself.

Evo Pro is pretty good. It's the protein used in Muscle Milk, but it only has 3 carbs and 3 grams of fat. They don't have all of the flavors that Muscle Milk does, but I think the chocolate flavor tastes really good.

Muscle Milk is a protein powder with fat. There is a reason it taste good bro. Definitly not the best protein. If you want the extra fat add a scoop or two of Peanut Butter to your regular whey.

Anybody remember Nuclear Nutrition (Trevor Smith)? IMO he had the best stuff around. Unfortunatley he died and they went out of business. Too bad.

I agree. I have some myself, but I use it very aparingly. I have had the same 2 bottles of Muscle milk for the last 2 months. I also make sure that I am only using it on days that I lift, simply because I feel the extra activity will help. Your opinion?

The good thing is, theyre not terrible fats. I will admit that the shit is hard to let go.... so when Im bulking Ill go through a tub of muscle milk or 2 and Ill limit my flax and fish oil intake, as not to overdue fats, even thought theyre good fats.

When Im cutting, Ill use Muscle Milk almost like a cheat meal. I have yet to see it due any damage to my bodyfat so Ill stick with it.
