Hey im going to be lifting 4 days a week. The 3 other days will be just cardio. But when at the gym to lift i would love to get the cardio done there. Is it better to do it b4 or after a work out. Im thinking b4? To get that blood flowing? Also I would like to get protein as quickly as possible after a work out. So would it be best to jump on some cardio for about 20 b4 I go lift???
Also whats the best to eat right b4 the gym with some good complex carbs but healthy. Im still on a diet. Im going to go lift after dinner im thinking or after a meal so I have energy to go and do it. Would that be best???? When do you guys lift?
