    about how many calories do you guys try to get everyday. now im talking the guys that are trying to pack on muscle, not the ones trying to cut up.

    get how many calories u need a day. Theres a post on this site that uses a formula. Then add like idk 150 extra on top of that or something. Not quite sure how much you dont want to be gaining alot fast. But if u eat more cals then u can burn and lift. you will get muscle and not the fat.

      I'm 180 lbs, ~15% bf. To gain size I try to get around 5000 calories.

          I am taking in anywhere between 3600 and 4200 a day. I should be taking a bit more though.

            Now I may mis-understand your intent... if so forgive me ... but I went to school with a bunch of rednecks and I know how to read backwards.
