  • Pre/Post WO Carbs

    I am planning on picking up some carbohydrate powder but am still not sure if I should buy maltodextrin or dextrose or a combination of the two. I have read a ton of previous posts on the matter but it seems like everyone has a different opinion. Right now I get about 30G maltodextrin from the MRP I use post WO. Any thoughts on the matter?

    I dont like to complicate things. My post workout drink is the following:

    10oz Grape Juice
    3 Scoops Isopure
    10g Creatine

    Thats it.

      do you keep it the same while you cut as well bro?
