I got this question ive been wanting to know. I aint no doc nor health expert but wanted to know if u all knew about this.
There are people out there who are skinny, mid-built, and big boned or gain fat quick. The thing is there are some people whos genes make them put on weight quickly. Is there gaining of weight due to how they eat, or do they have to eat little and still gain. There are some people who dont even eat that much nor exersice and put on weight. I know bad foods are a major factor in this, like restaurant foods, candies, sugars, soft drinks.
(I mean this as in my friend whos skinny as hell and 6'2''. He eats like a pig and doesnt gain weight. But i got another friend who could eat one meal and add pounds. Why is this?)
I currently got a friend who is big in frame and always as a kid was big. He was currently juicing and the guy got big. Even at times when he doesnt juice up, he eats alot of protein and gets massive quickly. But when he doesnt do jack shit, he puts on serious fat on his body.
Does family genetics have alot to do with this? Lets say a persons family is over weight, or have a little weight on them. Also the person was in good shape, but all of a sudden started putting on weight. Eating is a bit bad and the person doesnt exercise. I know exersice is a huge factor too for weight loss as is the diet.
But if family genes are a factor in this, could there be a way for the person not to put on some weight even though they worked out and dieted. As in making there metabolism faster and making them more active. What are your thoughts on this?
Sorry but i posted this here because i didnt know where else to post it, since it has to do with food and nutrition.
