  • Seriously...last creatine question..

    Hopefully this hasnt been asked before.

    i consume my creatine/glutamine/taurine DURING my workout. I have it all mixed up in my bottle and i just drink it as though I would drink water during my cardio and weights.

    Good or bad idea? Ive been doing this for about a month now.

    Probably would be better to down all that prior to your workout so that's it's all absorbed into your blood and muscles while you're working out. And maybe some postworkout also. But hey, I heard lee priest eats while he works out so who knows.
