Salmon Burgers..

For those of you that go to Costco for your food. They now carry the Trident brand Salmon Burgers. For those that dont know, Trident (not the gum lol) is a brand that only sells to restraunts. These burgers on the grill are better then hamburgers if you ask me. Try them out if you belong to a costco. They are in the frozen section.

Each patty has 1000mg of Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Also has 23g of protein per patty and 0 carbs.
