Geez bro. That's the most generic question ever posted. "list food I should eat?" How many calories are you eating now, what is your macronutrient ratio going to be. What is your body goal. I don't even know where to start. Sorry. If you don't have a clue what you are doing as far dieting goes, you can always read some of the better posts on this forum and do some searching on here. But no one on here is going to put a customized diet together for you from scratch. You have to do some leg work on your own. Just my $.02
Once again you're going off what anybody says without any research on your own. Just like your steroids, you're doing the same thing with your food. What if I told you to eat goats dick cause it's high in protein and low in carbs and fat? Would you add it to your daily meals? You need to pull your own weight and do some research so you can seperate the bs and come up with a plan on your own.

:rofl: I heard goat scrotum actually has more protein than their dicks. But you can incorporate both if you feel the need. ;)
