Hi, im new to this site, iv just set up 2day.
I had alot of trouble with bullies all the way throut my school life and now i have left and am in college i have started to work out more, but i want to have the correct diet aswell to keep my energy level up and put more weight on.
Is there any chance someone could giv me the correct diet to be on, and any wrk out tips would be great too.
