no...i usually snack on a bag every saturday during my baseball games

i'm looking at the bag of my david barbq seeds, on the nutrition facts it says per serving
    190 calories
    15g fat (1.5 saturated)
    carbs 5g (1g of sugar)
    protein 7g...

however i remember hte regular seeds having alot more sugar in them...maybe i missread it...all my normal seeds are in the car so i can't check those right now

from what i understand here, u just shouldn't consume any sugar at all when your trying to cut

If you dont drink alot of gatorade or tea...any sugar filled drinks, sunflower seeds probably wouldn't be too terrible tho as long as the rest of your diet is good along with your workout

Sunflower seeds are fine. Yo guys have to realize it not really certain foods that are going to keep you from getting cut up, its the total amount of calories. If your burning more cals then your taking in then your going to loose weight. If your burning less cals then your eating then you going to gain. Its as simple as that.
