Well, did my BF last night...12.6%

Not that big of deal, but will NOT get over that number.

    Here's the problem:

I seem to be holding more fat than before in my umbilucus/ belly button region?? My oblique area is the way it was, but I just don't get why I'm holding it in the new region.

I know my body still isn't completely finished with it's rebound, because my "female functions" still haven't returned.

    Any ideas?

God damn your already back up to 12.6%? What exactlly have you been eating? Usually after you do a show and lean down so much you dont put fat back on like you would prior to the show. I have no clue why you would be adding it in new places.

Perhaps cause this area was the least lean of all your body sites. Obliques had always been pretty ripped from what I remember. Fat cells attach themselves to mostly to sites where there are more fat cells. So if this is the area that has more cells than any other, it's going to get the majority. I could be wrong though. May even be due to cortisol.

Damn, dude! Make feel worse about it, why don't you! LOL. THe 2 weeks after the show, I didn't give a FUCK!!! I ate what I wanted, when I wanted! The past 2 weeks, I've been back to my old ways. It's been a month, so I've gained about 1%/wk. I also think my body is still holding extra water than normal, so I think that's affecting my pinches slightly.

And yes, you're pretty much right about the fat thing. However, it was my understading that you may not hold it the same WAY as before, and in the same areas....which is true. My legs are leaner than before, as is my back. I basically look like how I did in my 5 wees out pics.

I also took 3 shots of Winny about 2 weeks ago, so that may still be having something to do with it as well. You have to remember, I was doing cardio 3 times a day, AND working out, AND taking T3 and Clen...I'm just hoping my thyroid didn't get fucked up.

I hold most of my fat in my belly, so that sounds like it's on target.
I hadn't even thought about the cortisol thing. I'm not under a lot of stress; not any more than normal....What would other causes be of increased levels?

Cortisol is stress related, but not only psychologically, but physically as well. Just working out causes physical stress which can elevate cortisol. Even drinking coffee has been known to. Common causes are depression, anxiety, panic disorder, malnutrition and alcohol abuse.

You could get some 7-oxo and see if it works for you. It's pretty cheap at 1fast400.com. Are you doing cardio or no? Either or, it's not that big of deal is it? A little extra meat never hurts.

What's 7-oxo?? I'm taking Thyrolean to help my thyroid recover, and Thermoxodrine to help lose any superficial fat.

Yes. Doing cardio 4-5 times a week after I work out, and 2 AM sessions.

Again, I'm just so used to seeing myself lean for the several weeks leading up to the show, it's just a total mind fuck.:(

7-oxo/7-keto-dhea. It's a metabolite of dhea that buffers cortisol and increases thyroid activity. You can't stay lean like that forever. It's bad for your health. Especially stressing on not looking the same may even be doing you in.

I'm would bet it's your thyroid due to the T3 usage. I would have some blood work done if possible. I recently read some posts on other boards about the subject and one guy's thryoid was still not functioning properly even 4 weeks after he came off. And he was only using a max dose of 50mcg and a perfect tapering schedule as well so who knows. Everyone is different.

Silly kids Steroids are for kids!!! Not for adults!!! :)

My vote goes for increased cortisol and stress related factors. Cortisol will affect body fat deposit around the belly. That is all the voting that I will be doing in 2004. Keep us updated, anymore concerns don't hesitate....
