  • help with diet healthy foods

    I'm about to start training extremely hard, I feel confident with my AS and training knowledge, but have always lacked with diet. The two places I store fat are my gut, and sometimes I can notice it in my face. I want to loose like 10 lbs of fat then start my cycle. I'm gonna try and loose this wieght in 15 days or less. I will be doing cardio 1 hour a day. I need to have a diet that keeps me as energized as possible. I eat a ton of carbs and a ton of food in general and still seem tired alot as it is. One reason being I'm phelsimic(not sure on spelling but similiar condition as animic)...any help? Once I loose the wieght I will probably need a new diet because I'm gonna start juicing and need more food intake to max. my growth. I could use example diets or lists of foods that have worked for you. My general idea is this.....

    drop red meat for now
    no pasta or bread
    no juice or soda
    lots of fish and chicken/turkey
    stay low on all carbs


    when I start my next cycle

    add in red potato and brown rice
    lean red meat once a week
    skim milk

    im almost certain its impossible to lose 10 lbs of bodyfat in 15 days. most bodybuilders on cutting cycles aim for losing about 2lbs a week, anything more could be muscle. in the long run you may gain any muscle lost back during your cycle, but be right back to where you started.
    in my opinion i wouldnt dramatically cut carbs, maybe try a low carb/high carb cycle, like for three days go low carb, then one day high carb, then repeat. if you feel too tired then go two days low one high, repeat. dont rush bodyfat loss, because you dont want to lose any hard earned muscle.

      lean ground beef, lean cuts of steak, etc dont drop read meat. eat 6-7 palm sized portions of meat, chicken , fish etc a day. Complex carbs. no simple carbs except to fuel your workouts. If you lose 110 pounds that quickly it will be mostly water. 2-5 pounds a week is a reasonable amount .
