  • I dont understand....

Why this forum isnt as active as the AAS forum. Nutrition is the most important part of building a great body. Second is training and third comes steroids. So many people have it ass backwards.

A lot of people either think they have their diet down pat or not many know how anabolic food is. Everything that comes out of a kids mouth these days is "Steroids." Sometimes I feel only the natty boys really know how important food is.

I think it's cause everyone THINKS they have their nutrition down, or they just don't know that nutrition is part of it and just use AAS. It's kind of sad really.

what ive seen too is that some think roids alone will make them bigger quicker than ever. Some think its a miricale drug of wonders. Even when i need advice on certain foods i ask, wouldnt hurt to know more, hehe:D

I understand what bouncer is sayin, but i think nutritional information is more readily avalible. I dont think detailed info on particular drugs and cycles is as easy to access. But i do agree, alot of the younger guys think its all about the juice :)

Perhaps a basic diet sticky is the answer.

Label it "Hey stupid, are you eating enough!"

(BTW, that was me for years!)

It should not be very technical, just lay out the basics of bulking and cutting. It should stress the stupidity of a few large meals. And perhaps it should suggest that everyone get one of those pocket books that breaks down protein, carbs, and fat content of common foods.

I believe that newcomers who don't know about these things either ask stupid basic questions, or are afraid to say anything after reading some of the more complex articles.

You hit it right on, I got a buddy who eats like shit all the time and bitches about me being bigger than him...and of course he's one of the types that thinks he knows everyhting so he won't take anyone's advice. So he'll go on a cycle and get alittle bigger then pretty much get off stop working out until he can afford to do another.

Some people just want everything done the easy way

I think that a cycle of a good bulking diet should be a prerequisite before a cycle of any type of drug ph/ps. If the little guys would at least try to a 4000 cal diet they would probably not even do the steriods.

media hypes gear so much that people think if they take it they will grow. Same reason you see knuckleheads in the gym training 2 times a day for 2 hours each time or 1 session for 3 hrs. The average schmuck has no clue that it's tougher if you use gear because to grow....you must eat well and a lot. Not just stick yourself and hit the gym. Little knowlegde is dangerous
