    to many cutting diets are so fucken strict u can tolerate then and u end up binge eating on cheat days and so on. this is what i do i have done it for ayear and stay ed the same cuts, when i wanted to gain i add in carbs , its tolerable and works, if ur alittle heavy and wann aget shredded this works if u are shredded and wanna tolerably stay that way this works:
    supplement:
    xenedrine rfa-1, vit c.e. efa's . multi, guggle bolic
    cardio:
    5 days a week evening 2.5 hrs after a 0-10carb meal
    40min tred mill interval 2min at 4.1 1min 6.0
    cheat meals:
    sunday 1 cheat meal and 1 desert
    saturday 1 cheat meal

    subway during the week tues or wed 12 inch on oat with baked chips
    diet:
    #1
    1/2 cup oats 2 packs of slenda
    2 scoop protien shake
    #2
    nitro tech bar
    #3
    1/2 cup oat with splenda
    2 scoop shake
    or
    u-turn or detour bar
    #4
    grilled chicken or tuna fish on low calorie wheat bread
    #5
    8 egg whites steamed broccli
    or
    boca buger and steamed broccli
    #6
    before bed
    couple egg whites with pepper
    1 scoop shake
    sugar free jello




    to gain alittle i add in creatine and glutamine 5g of each a day sometimes 10g and up carbs 50g.

    The more strict I am, the fewer weeks I have to be. I cut hard, get it over with and get on to bulking.

      very true, i totally agree, for me personally i dont bulk, thats just a tolerable diet to stay cut as hell with and stay on for a long peroid of time, but as for ur goals and so on i would do the same be strict get it over with then time to get jacked!

        Agreed.... if you just 'maintain' all year around, it'd be impossible to remain that strict.
