I just got back from the doctor because I've been struggling the past month with stomach/digestion issues. After informing him of my diet, he seems to think that I'm taking in too much gluten. I do intake quite of bit of gluten (mainly through whole wheat bread and ProLab's Lean Mass Matrix MRP). My question is, what other foods are high in gluten that I should avoid for a while?
