  • what i ate during my cheat this saturday....

    meal 1: 2 cookies (home made from scratch by yours truly, one oatmeal raisin, one chocolate chip walnut)

    meal 2: dunkin donuts iced mocha latte, bagel toasted with butter, 1 more chocolate chip cookie

    meal 3: 7 layer dip with tortilla chips, shrimp with cocktail sauce

    meal 4: 1 slice of pizza, dried fruit, chex mix

    meal 5: 1 oatmeal raisin cookie dried fruit, chex mix

    meal 6: dinner @ melting pot

    meal 7: cake, cake, more cake and a tall glass of milk

    what a balanced and nutritious day i had :staypuff:

              i liked the cheat day, but my stomach definitely didn't :)

              the new coach i have has my diet designed with the 1 full cheat day. i guess we'll see how effectively it works.

              i had to dump my coach at 6 weeks b/c she was non-responsive (did i already tell you? i forgot...) and so now, i get the full day cheat - even if this diet doesn't get me in shape in time for 9/25, i have another show 10/30 i can do.

              i think next weekend, i'm going for more normal meals... not so much grazing and just eat :P

                  Yes, you told me about the coach situation.

                  Sonis and I discussed it, and pretty much decided I was going to have a cheat meal until about 6 weeks out for next show. It keeps your sanity for one thing. They really do help. Your body becomes so used to seeing the same foods on the diet, it can becomed non-responsive. Then you throw it a curve ball with a cheat meal, and it actually HELPS you....Who'duh thunk it?
