i am glad that i am not a heavyweight as I couldn't afford that much food or protein powder. actually, i am barely a lightweight. I only go for about 175 grams protein. My diet is relatively cheap as well apart from incidentals. as you might be aware, i eat Protein powder, cottage cheese, chicken, beef, eggs in that order for my protein sources. Next to the eggs, the protein powder is actually the cheapest of the bunch; how much is your protein powder? 5 lb or 2 lb jug. Until you and BPF mentioned it, i never heard of evopro.

I get tired of the powder. Tired of 4 cans of tuna a day too, oh well - gotta eat.
Been eating a chicken at 2am for a between meal snack. Mejier in the US has a precooked chicken for $3.96! Just nuke it. The guys look at me like I'm crazy (night shift). Like they never saw anyone eat a chicken in ten minutes before!
Weekends are easier, at the smorgesboard!
Usually get a pound of beef for dinner, six eggs for lunch, leftovers for breakfast. Sometimes I drink a slimfast to get me into the mood for breakfast, boy that confuses them.
That generally means only two shakes a day of ON 100% whey.
