  • chicken legs and thighs

What do u all think about these. I ask this because Im mostly a chicken Breast person. Now that i have my job again the pay isnt as good as my summer job. I wanted to buy bag of legs and thighs for extra protein. Since im eating lean high protein foods. Is there any of u all that eat this stuff alot instead of breasts.:):D

Also, how much protein does a leg and thigh consist of?:)

so it basically come out the same then. Cause im gonna go and get me 5 dozen eggs box tomorrow and some 48 cans of tuna and was thinking about the chicken thighs, since im in a low budget right now cause of my part time work.

The breast is alot more dry compared to the thigh, thigh is more tender, i would think the protein would be the same

sounds good brother. I might consider doing that too, instead of doing a breast or 2 per day. Im not a good cook so at times they come out good and sometime no. My mom is the ones who does them for me most of the time, hahahahaha.:) About the taste I know what u mean brother, there are time when im hungary and theres either meat or chicken in the fridge and i eat it, dont taste well. Tastes like fridged food.:(

The thighs and legs have alot more fat than the breasts. They are dark meat. you are cutting, so i would advise against them, but thats your call. if you are lacking in fat from the rest of your food, i dont think it would be that detrimental.
