  • Ham question? Need advice

Ive ate it once in a while like in Christmas, they roast up a huge piece of ham and lasts all week. Is this kind pork meat benficial to bodybuidling, as a good source of protein. To tell u the truth i love the taste. I want an honest opinion on this one, could it be used for bulking up, even eat it when cutting. Since ive never used it in a diet before. Just wanted to know before i purchase some.

i think those hams are pretty high in sodium and i'm not sure about fat content though. read the label and see what it says.

Bro, that is the last thing you should probably eat.. if you must go for pork then make it a lean chop

You can grill pork tenderloins without suffering all the sugar and fat if you're just interested in eating pork. I too love those holiday season spiral sliced sugar cured Virginia hams. Yummy, but baaaaaddddd. BB
