    hey guys iv got my diet sorted out as in food and shakes but i was hoping someone could help me on things such as glutamine etc how much i need to take when and what brands you guys think are the best.

        here is an axample day of what i eat,
        breky:1whole egg 3more whites 2baps
        shake:reflex whey protien
        meal:2chicken breasts 1-2 cups of rice, peppers
        meal:2tins tuna 1-2 cups shell pasta, onion
        shake:dorian yates pro mass
        meal:steak big spud, 1-2 cups veg
