  • pork rinds

I know some of u all will not agree and some might. Didnt write to get flammed or anything like that either. I wanted to know if these are good to eat since i love them. I dont mean every day but once in a while. They are the ones they sell in the groceries and corner stores. I bought the store brand ones. Im not talking about the real deal pork skin rinds that are fried, those are nasty and i dont like those.

    The label say this:

calories: 80 per (all this per 1.2 ounce)
    total fat: 5g
    sat fat: 1.5 grams
    carbs: 0
    sodium: 400mgs

I tend to eat this with tuna at time and right now went to the store with my sister and bought us a bag. My metabolism is fast so i burn fat quick. What r u all thoughts on this. I also ask this because i had a friend on some sort of diet, the guy wouldnt work out but he ate clean and saw him eating them. I asked him if he could eat that since he was on a diet and said yea. He used to be chubby and now was regular and losing weight. That is why i asked this.:D

Well, I'm not sure if you're kidding or not.

Pork rinds are deep fried pig skin, they could only be worse for you if they came dusted in human shit with black tar heroin as a dipping sauce.

These aint the real deal pork rinds, the fried ones, those nasty greasy ones. The ones they sell in the gorceries and corner stores. Just wanted to know since im more into bb. The foods that are good and the ones that arent.

The question i asked was because since i read zero carbs wanted to know if it was good to eat once in a while instead of regular chips and stuff like that. Since my buddy was on a diet and i saw him eating them once i asked him if it was ok for him to be eating that since he was on the atkins or something like that. He said yeah.

Sorry if that came off the wrong way, no flame intended. But in my opinion they aren't good to eat in any way, shape or form. Atkins or otherwise. But if you love 'em and gotta have some once in a while, do what ya gotta do man.

dont worry about it brother, u didnt come out the wrong way, its because i didnt explain myself right so i had to correct it. Thats what i love about this board u dont get flammed or critisized.

Hey man, if im doing good amount of cardio and have a fast metabolism is it possible to burn it off like as if nothing was there. Cause right now, im not competing nor do i compete but one day i will, well maybe next year. My goal is to lose a little more bf on the stomach or just have it flat. Its going down fast but u know, i tend to crave these munchies from time to time. Will it affect me big time or nothing to worry about.:D

No juice they offer nothing to you body besides pure saturated fat. I wouldnt eat that crap even in a bulking diet.
