This is a Great site! I just thought I would like to give you all a little info to help you in the future if you plan to ever compete in a Natural contest. I am a promoter for the NANBF. Every year there are new products that are the new "Natural Steroid" that can be purchased over the counter. We, like many other Federations have banned all Andro types, the Ephedrines and other growth enhancing drugs.
Allot of these are actual pharmaceuticals and are posing as a harmless supplements. They hype these products as legal. In the beginning we all are ignorant to what they really are. In time they are eventually found illegal and have been widely used by unsuspecting lifters. Our problem is the first timer, novice bodybuilders who are not informed of what are banned subtances by Natural Federations. The NANBF list changes every year! If you plan to compete in a true natural contest ( this is another issue altogether) find the organizations list online or contact a promoter. If they cannot produce a list and do not have a drug testing program do not compete with them. Do not waste your training time and money on them!
If it has an "one", "dione", "bol", or a "bolin" in the name be leary. If the company hypes it as hormonal in how it works, question your use.
Good nutrition is what Natural Bodybuilding is all about. You must learn how to use your nutrition as your steroid. The best naturals are normally very educated in nutrition. So educate youself. A good start is the Jay Robb Fat Burning Diet (jayrobb.com). I have use it for 10 years. I have gained size and and achieved 3% bodyfat levels at the same time during contest prep.
