i posted earlier but i have a new question,i weigh 97kg.i am about to start a sus and testex cycle,i have to much bodyfat and want to know if i start course and diet properly will i lose loose fat at same time?could anyone give me a good daily diet to build muscle but also lose fat

Like YJ says, "a dog that chases 2 rabbits catches nothing". In other words bro you going to have to decide which one you want to do. I would say you should diet down a lose the fat. Then bulk up slowly and add the muscle. Dont try and do both at the same time, it wont work.

I still can't figure out why you want to run two types of test in your cycle.
How much fat do you have? If you are to fat then right now chances are you bp is high. So going on a test based cycle like your wantting to do is only going to make things worse. Test usually blows me up a lot, so I would at least try and get lean first. If any anabolics were to be ran I would recommend tren, eq, anavar, or primo, even winstrol. Plus throw some clen in for good mesure. If you were to run a test I recommend something like prop, or suspension in a sitaution like this. I know a lot of people would disagree with me on keeping test out of the cycle, but I have had good results on just tren and eq.
IF you do decide to run a test cycle have some arimidex on hand. It will at least take some water off of you and keep your blood pressure down.
To be honest with you overall I think your overweight and are looking at steroids to take the weight off of you. I can tell your a novice user just by your ?'s. I think you need to diet down for 12 weeks straight. Dont worry about muscle gain right now. When you diet down, then get on your cycle and eat your calories.
Trying to gain muscle and lose bodyfat at the same time is like pushing the gas pedal and brake pedal at the same time, you'll go nowhere. Do one or the other. I recommend dieting first then put your muscles on.
