I am starting my diet in a couple of weeks. This is pretty much the layout:
Meal 1: 10:00 a.m.
Protein Shake
1 cup of oatmeal
Meal 2: 1:00 p.m.
Chicken breast
Sweet potato
1/2 cup black beans
1 cup of veggies
Meal 3: 4:00 p.m.
Chicken Breast
Sweet potato
1/2 cup black beans
1 cup of veggies
Meal 4: 7:00 p.m.
Chicken breast
sweet potato
1 cup of veggies
Meal 5: 10:00 p.m.
chicken breast
sweet potato
1 cup of veggies
Meal 6: 1:00 a.m.
Chicken Breast
1 cup of veggies
Supplements will be
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Glutamine
Niacin
multivitamin
After about 4 weeks I will drop the beans and add in 1 Tbsp of metamucil to each meal.
The diet will be followed religiously Sunday through Friday, then Saturday I will eat whatever I please and how I please.
I am hoping this diet will strip off 2lbs of fat a week, right now I currently weigh 228 at 5'8. So I plan on being a ripped up 200 if possible.
If weight loss is going to quickly then I will add in red meat for one meal, if weight loss is to slow, then fish will replace the chicken.
Very few condiments will be allowed. Mustard, hot sauce, small amounts of ketchup. My chicken will be grilled with a homemade spice rub I concocted. Salt free.
Tell me what you guys think.
