you need to eat more protein.

1/2 a sandwich? what's the protein content in that? like.... 10 grams?

forget the gear and just eat. you're probably eating less than 200 grams of protein right now. you should be shooting for at least 300.

The timing of your meals isn't a big problem eating 7 times a day, its what your eating that will make the difference...I think if you do what you said about adding the tuna sandwiches and the cashews then an extra chicken breast with your meals you will be fine ....At 231, I would try to get in at least 350 to 400 mgs of protein ....I personally get in more but I love to eat...:D

PS...Add some more protein powder to that diet if eating more food is a problem ... ;)

Have you seen the sandwhiches at Jasons Deli? They are packed with meat. I bet the turkey was at least an inch thick. I will be adding more protien though, thanks.

well, since i have no clue what jason's deli is, i assume it's a sandwich.

regardless, you should try to stay away from deli meats since it's loaded with preservatives and sodium. you're better off roasting your own turkey or chicken and making sandwiches.

this would help out alot too bro, for the sandwiches ur eating (deli's), try sustituting it for tuna. Eat 2 cans of tuna per day at least, it works for me, im eating 4 cans a day.
