i buy whatever brand's the cheapest in the tree hugger section of the grocery store :D
for natty pb, we just go with smuckers. i don't mind the added salt.Comment

you can buy natural peanut butter for about 1.49 Canadian per pound. so it's about a buck (USD) a pound for natural peanut butter. you can get 10 kilograms of it for about 25 bucks. this ain't expensive when compared to other items most bb buy.
i eat my natural peanut butter either plain or with added flax meal and/ or protein powder. it's great stuff!Comment
