My roommate and I make all of our meals for the week at once. We were wondering which we should make with our meals? Brown rice or Whole wheat pasta? We are dieting and trying to lose bf.
We eat these throughout the day
1 chicken breast
1/2 cup rice / or 3/4 cup WW pasta
3/4 cup brocolli or green beans
We ate rice the 1st 20 we made and Pasta the 2nd 20.
