I still need to lose another 10-15 pounds but am having difficulty doing it. My appetite has really started raging for some reason. Anyone know of any good (that works) over-the-counter appetite suppressants? Or are there any natural appetite suppressants that work?

I guess I'm rather clueless about all of this but I also know the dumbest question is the question not asked. With ECA, is it a single product or do you have to buy all three seperately and take them together? Can you buy Chocamine at places like GNC or only online? And can you take both of these together or should I take just one or the other?
The Chocamine sounds interesting. I read the article and it talked about how it can improve moods, concentration, and things like that? Is there anyone out there who has taken it and can attest to these facts? I would like to know exactly what I'm taking and its possible effects before I take it.Comment
