Hey, i started to loose weight, just by watching what i eat...i get crazes for sugar once and a while....one a day...what should i do? i drink about 4 litres of water a day and piss like hell...lol is this good or bad...i need basic tricks, i know nothing about dieting at all. my trianing schedule is 2 on, 1 off and usually the off day, i go do only cardio.. what should i eat as an example...HELP

I think the only secret is that there are no secrets. Figure your BMR and daily caloric needs/intake etc and go from there. As for the sugar cravings you can find some recipes here that use splenda, stevia etc. But for starters I would try fresh fruit in small amounts. Natural sugars may just do the trick.
