    i think im 5'8 or something


    Well i wanna try this out just tell me what u think , Point of this is to lose as much fat as possible..And increase metabolism

    waking up in the morning taking 1 vitamin pill .Then every hour eating a small amout of chicken . So im probobly gonna have like 12 or more small meals..
    And every other 2 days i could take in 1 cup of oatmeal .
    And for workout once a day high high high intense aerobic exercise , walking for 2 hours , then another workout for night .
    Do u think this is allright?

    well can i die if i have a very small amount of calories? . lets say like 300 or 500.

              dude trust me u have no idea how big my belly is , how big my tits are , Im suprised how the hell do i have so much fat on me when i weight so lil .....

                my arms are skinny my legs are skinny the only thing that is not skinny that is not chubby but actually fat is my belly a bit on my face and my tits ..... its weird i have a fucked up body lol .

                    just lift weights do aerobic's, and eat healthy, and it will come off, trying to do things too fast isnt good. be patient the weight will come off. and how do u eat 12 small meals and equal 300 calories....whats your meal look like? lol

                      300 calories is not enough to sustain your organs, ie. liver, kidneys and so on. if you were to stay on that diet for an extended amount of time, yes you would die.

                      you need to get yourself a good diet and exercise program.

                      with that diet your talking about, any muscle you have will be eaten away and you will be left with loose floopy skin and bones for arms and legs.

                      I would suggest you take in 7-8 meals a day. The foods you should be eating consist of: Lean Beef, Chicken, yams, oatmeal, veggies, natural PB, LOTS of water, Gal to 2 Gal per day.

                        i would like to see a picture. i cant belive its that bad your just being hard on yourself. like slashmonay said dont go tryin to take it off to fast its not healthy

                          Do not do this diet. And you are clearly not as fat as you think, at 150 you need to build muscle. Lift, and eat. You will put on mass, and your fat will dissapear.
