I have a quick question. What should be the body fat percentage to provide the most anabolic complexion??? :)
I mean how fat/skinny I should be to gain muscle the fastest way.
I have noticed when I'm skinny gain muscle easier than when I'm kind of stocky, but when I'm stocky I'm stronger.
