About to get off Eca for a week.....

Can anyone give me suggestions?

It will be 4 weeks on ECA for me at the ending of this week. I was wondering if I should cycle off slowly and gradually to avoid any real bad side effects or should I go cold turkey?

if you've been of for four weeks straight so you may want to drop off 25mgs day till you're off. some people say they get headaches, i never have though.

Im a lil confused on your suggestion. Drp of the entire E (25)before getting off?

If you are only taking 25 mg then drop it all. If you are taking more than that, then drop it by 25mg a day until you are off.
