    starting my cutting diet...need to lose about 15 lbs... gonna go hardcore on my diet, only tuna,chicken,rice,oatmeal, whey, turkey, steak, eggs, and veggies. gonna run b/w 30-60 mins 3-5 days a week. was wonderin how long it would take. i know its different for everybody and stuff like that i was just wondering how long yall usually go on ur cutting diet to lose about 15 lbs

    oh yeah stats r.. 5'9 180. i think bf% is about 14-20% (not quite sure...would like to get it to 8-10%).

    i cant say how long it will take, but dont cut calories too fast. if there is a drastic drop in caloric intake then your body will turn to your muscles for fuel. slowly and steadily lower your calorie intake week by week so you dont lose any hard earned muscle. good luck, and be patient...

      well i havent been eatin great for the last two weeks.. lost my appeitate really only been eatin like 2 meals a day.. but before that i was eatin pretty good but not strict enough.. im not going to rush nething i was just wonderin what everybody else experiences when cutting
